Help unpromising tummy problems?

ive had a discouraging tummy for the last few days cant drink very much as i consistency full can any one help me should i move about to the doctorsHelp unpromising tummy problems?

You probably feel full because of the gas. Just fart. You'll be ok.

Chances are you are constipated. When constipation occur, the natural movement of spend in dribs and drabs is reduced in the bowel and it essentially just sits here. Since you are not using the bathroom to regularly remove the waste substance you feel full, your belly may even appear more full than typical.
In any case, lug a laxative or just drink a nice hot, regular cup or 4 of coffee. The caffeine tend to help gain things moving. Once you have voided, ie, gone to the bathroom, a time or two, you will be aware of much better.
