They are called "borborygmi" (pronounced Bore-Bore-Ig-Me), and they come from your intestines moving food and gas through.
you enjoy gas
Gas silly!
It could be gas, hunger, or just the digestive process doing for a moment overtime.
It's usually gas though. Take Beano before, and there'll be no gas!
Maybe you're hungry, try ingestion on time or drink plenty of dampen. you'll see, you'll no longer hear anything from you're stomach
This is a site that tells you adjectives kinds of things almost your body, including stomach gurgling!

"Well, not to be indelicate here, but it's the shifting of matter, acids, and gases--oh, hell, let's be indelicate. Mostly, it's the hall of gas downward through your system. If your stomach is making a lot of hullabaloo, you can pretty much bet that before long, you're going to do something that make the indelicacy of this answer seem to some extent polite. There's even a medical term for this: borborygmus. Some of the resonance can also simply be a result of the digestion process at work, and the reason our stomachs growl more when we're hungry is freshly that there's more empty space involved."
