Heartburn trouble?

I seem to gain heartburn all the time. It doesn't situation what I eat or don't put away and it's driving me crazy. I take heartburn nouns tablets but sometimes I can end up taking 5 or 6 surrounded by a day because it get so bad. Anyone enjoy any ideas what's wrong next to me?Heartburn trouble?
Heartburn is only incompletely caused by dietary intake. The authentic cause is tart reflux from your stomach into your esophagus.
You do not indicate what you take for your sour reflux symptoms. If it's Rolaids or Tums or similar, throw them away and start using Gaviscon for immediate symptom nouns.
Rolaids/Tums and similar have a echo effect. While they DO absorb existing tart, they also stimulate the stomach to produce more.
You may also want to try using Prilosec OTC or similar to reduce sour production by your stomach. If these don't bring relief, rota a visit beside a gastroenterologist.
Do NOT let chronic heartburn dance untreated. It can lead to scarring and deterioration of the esophagus call Barrett's Esophagus, and this can be a precursor to esophageal cancer.
you may have sour refux diease or GERDS.
I would suggest you go to the doctor - it sounds similar to a peptic ulcer to me.
