Put a bullet surrounded by your brain fool that solves everything.
relaxation is the key. drink a few beers in the past going to bed or a few shots of brandy. tension contained by your muscles just worsens when you're stressed out. Alcohol relaxes those muscles or a long dip contained by a warm tub tub would do...
It sounds like you hold obsessive-compulsive disorder which, indeed, is a form of anxiety. Like it or not, the most effective treatment for this problem is prescription medication, usually contained by the form of a serotonin reuptake blocker, such as fluvoxamine (Luvox) or fluoxetine (Prozac). Self-medicating a longstanding anxiety disorder with alcohol is not erudite, as this is a drug, too, and one with the potential of cause adverse effects, such as addiction and depression.
