Help! pleaseee?

okay so i have a problem! I HATE THROWING UP! I own like a phobia of it! wat are entity that can help me find through it even if i do throw up!Help! pleaseee?
Throwing up used to be #1 on the things that I most hate to do. Then I get a digestive illness where on earth I threw up constantly. I never got to resembling it, but I learned that if you try to relax and agree to nature pocket its course, it is easier. Try to breath and not hold your breathe. Hold a cool, wet wipe cloth on your face. Relax. Try your best not to seize tense. Good luck.
Well I really loathed it to, but I went to college this year and I threw up once and it if truth be told wasn't that bad ... I deem that the worst part is waiting for it ... To get hold of through it just don't freak out and report yourself it will be over in a few second, that's all it take up ... Then you get to step to sleep all time and forget about it.
I categorically hate throwing up.
I dont really come up with about it, and when it happen it just happen. I dont really think just about it and once I do throw up. I feel much better.
pinch your proboscis together it dulls the taste. Afterwords softdrinks and un salted crackers usually settle my stomach
No milk dampen or alcohol though
