I suffer from headches weekly mostly tension headache. I recently read that repeated headache over time can cause lesion and damage to the brain. Is this true?Headaches?
It could. I suffered from one and the same thing your are, and I be just other dehydrated. You NEED to drink more marine. I STILL don't and get headache all the time.

I think you should see a specialist, or even enjoy your eyes examined. It could be somethings up with your verbs.
yeah...i think you should SEE a doctor right away. it might be a serious problem
