Headaches?? assist please!?

i experience slight headaches..hold you experienced like, if you shake ur lead very weakly, u knoe u have a headache. but if u dont, u grain normal. i experience those more. i own allergy cause we own dogs at home. i also sleep 11 pm at night and get up up at 9. also, after eating lunch, i dont put away snack at all even though im hungry because nothings available for snack so i freshly wait for dinner.

im thinking if this is sinusitis because i procure colds and i sneeze a lot! (because of allergy) how does a sinusitis headache surface by the way?

A sinus headache for me feels similar to my brain is floating in a fog that took over the top portion of my director. I may be blowing my nose or my ear may hurt, but I don't bring sinus pressure.
Get a neti pot from your local healthfood store or pharmacy. Nasal irrigation will significantly reduce the allergies and predictable the headaches as in good health.
Also see if you are getting the headaches at a specific time of sunshine or when you eat a guaranteed food.
