Help beside this?

This may sound chance, but sometimes I bite my tongue at night sometimes. It doesn't arise every night, but every few weeks I'll wake up up in the morning and my tongue will hurt for days. I've mentioned this to my friends and they said it never happen to them. I never wake up, but it hurts hugely badly within the morning. It's started happening more frequently, and I'd resembling to do something about it. I haven't mentioned it to a doctor, because it doesn't come across like a big do business, but is there anything I can do to stop it? I don't enjoy any dreams that I can remeber on nights when it happen, so dreams might not have anything to do beside it. Does this happen to anyone else? Thanks!Help beside this?
used to appear to me all the time. mind you, thats not close at hand the worst of the things i did in my sleep (talking, walking, even popping a squat below the christmas tree when i was a kid). Well i used to grind my teeth reasonably a bit and i got worried, so i go to a denturist (i heard they're the best for this) and she made me a custom mouthguard. This stopped the grinding and biting. I still totter around sometimes though :(
You might need a mouthguard. relatives who grind their teeth at night use them. Go to your GP/Doctor. They should be capable of advise you. Don't verbs, they won't mind, it's their job!
i merely bite my toung by accident and it hurts..u should put a stick contained by your mouth while u sleeps lol
Not me, but get a mouth guard that relatives use for grinding their teeth. It'll protect your tongue from your chompers.
