First of all, a couple months isn't a great adequate amount of time to notice significant difference.
As far as stretch results, see if there's a therapist contained by your area that does Lymphatic Drainage. It help with stretch grades. You can check this technique out from the Upledger Institute website. I've done this technique for years. It truely helps.
