I have a lump on the bottom of my eyelid...It is on the inside. It doesn't hurt. It is big plenty to the point where I can squinch my eye or blink and family are able to relay. I have looked on WebMd and it is possibe to be one of two things: a sty or a chalazion. But the description it could be both. What is the difference? If you hold had one what treatment did you use to achieve rid od it. How long after treatment did it take to budge away? I have have mine for about 6 or 7 months. but approaching I said it really doesn'y bother me. I know it is PARTIALLY due to stress..Help Please!!Has anyone ever have a..?
I have have both. Try using a hot compress on the lump to see if you can bring it to a head - use a verbs washcloth with the hose down as hot as you can stand it and leave it on as long as you can. If it is a sty this will aid. If you have a chalazion it will necessitate to be removed by a dr. (You should see a dr. about this anyway - an eye is too celebrated to mess around with) If it does not hurt chances are it is a short time ago a clogged pore or something. It could also be a cyst. Seriously, go to a dr. Meanwhile, the hot compress article will not do any harm.
Both my dad and I own sty's somewhere on our eyes, my dad actually have one on his eyeball while I just enjoy one on my bottom eyelid, kind of on the top rim - they don't hurt, but both of ours are completely small. I don't know that there would be any obligation for treatment if it's not causing you agony and you don't have concerns for it to be something chancy. I believe they can be removed surgically wih lasers if that's something you so desire to do, but like I said, why gain it fixed if it doesn't hurt and doesn't affect your positive self-image?
