Yes. I have have A.R for 9 years now. It comes and go. It will be really bad for a few months and consequently go away for a few months. I thieve Nexium daily and it really help. I have a huge problem next to not eating spicy food, though! I know you are supposed to cut out spicy food and caffeine, and I hold been successful beside the caffeine.just not the spicy food! I am certainly going in to the hospital to enjoy a "scope" down within the subsequent few months. Good luck if you suffer from this. It is NOT fun!
p.s. If you drink alcohol, it doubles the pain!
There is a crude cure for acid reflux.
Take applecider vineger tablets. One everytime you discern it coming on. You should also take digestive enzymes and drink lots of yogourt. Do this for one month and you will be healed!
