Yes I have used it earlier because I am a person of color and enjoy problems with shadows spots on my skin. It helped me deeply but I would recommend the cream for sensitive skin otherwise you might get a short time itchy from the regular kind. but it does work!!
I enjoy never heard of this cream. Dark knees and elbows can be cause by dermatitus or other skin conditions such as eczema.
I suggest you see your dermatologist first before you try anything drastic.
If nearby is nothing wrong near your skin, then you can try a low 10% skin lightener beside AHA or BHA-products that peel your skin insubstantially on an ongoing basis.
That is the path to regenerate new skin and it is better than bleaching or lightening the older.
