Having a strange bowel movement?

Over the past few months or so I own been have what seems close to a weird bowel movement. Instead of a life-size compact stool, it comes out almost like a handful of pebbles would similar to. It looks like a bunch of rocks within the toilet. The coloring looks normal but it only just comes out odd. This occur 4-5 times a week and other times its normal. Any philosophy? I have no constipation issues.Having a strange bowel movement?
Lol. Try some fiber. Rabbit pellet is what they are called.
i suppose to be precise normal its start to me several times
Happens to most people-might want to try more fruits and vegetables, fiber.
This happens because you are not getting ample fiber in your diet. Fiber is what help keep everything together as it is moving through your system, and as it is going away your system.
You can get more fiber by using fiber supplements (like Metamucil, Citrucel, or Benefiber) or you can increase your fiber intake by ingestion more foods that are rich in fiber.
Below is a account of foods that are high surrounded by fiber, along with the relationship to the website that provided the list.
Hope that help!
you definitely obligation to modify your diet. you should be going more than 4-5 times a week and the way you describe it is considered constipation. are you taking any medication?
try eating foods next to fiber... if you don't want to do that take fiber pills and as other drink more water... trust me you call for it.
