For the passed few months since the beginning of this year, I've be having trouble staying awake. I'll be conversation to my boyfriend and end up falling asleep once we're surrounded by an important or interesting conversation. I'm most positive I obtain enough sleep and intake enough nutrients, and back I used to take vitamins. What can I do?Having trouble staying awake when I want to be awake, is something wrong?
Might want to be in motion for a physical and let your Doctor know. If you don't want to see a doctor later try taking a multi-vitamin in the morning, might lend a hand and can't hurt =)
I would go gain this checked out because it sounds really odd. Good luck though, and grasp better!
You should check to make sure your potassium is not low. I myself own CFS chronic fatigue syndrome. It can be many things.
